Our London office is recruiting!

Our London operational office is now looking to recruit an additional contracts manager to help continue our business development in London and the South East,

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Experience in delivering flooring contracts to successful profitable completions

  • Proven commercial skills and contractual awareness

  • A proven track record of account management including specification advice, estimating and delivery management

  • The organisational, skills to manage multiple clients and project types.

  • The ability to consistently produce snag-free projects

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all types of carpet installations and sub floors

  • Relevant CSCS and Health & Safety qualifications

  • The ability to manage change

  • A high standard of written and verbal communication

  • Competency in the use of Microsoft Office packages

  • Good interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with high quality installation teams
