Edd Horler
Managing Director

Edd joined Crown in January 2026, bringing over 20 years of senior leadership experience across national technical and facilities maintenance operations, with a proven track record of driving strategic transformation, commercial growth and operational excellence in complex, high-value environments.

His career includes executive roles with OCS Group, Cleanology and City Facilities Management, where he led large-scale FM portfolios exceeding £300m, guided high-performing teams, and secured major national contract extensions with leading UK retailers.

Edd’s earlier career in the Royal Air Force shaped his grounding in engineering leadership, project delivery and operational discipline. A former Olympic athlete, Edd is known for his energy, clarity of vision and ability to translate strategy into results. He will lead the next phase of growth, innovation and service excellence at Crown.

Martin Cotterill
Director

Martin joined Crown in October 2015 and is responsible for key customer relationships, customer care, compliance and quality.

Martin has extensive strategic and commercial experience developed through his career in the flooring sector for over 30 years.

Initially joining Crown in the role of National Business Development Manager he supports the local relationships managed by each office.
