Lifecycle Property Maintenance
This includes a wide range of services, such as:

Condition and Structural Surveys
Crown can undertake various Property Surveys including the most comprehensive condition, dilapidation, feasibility and life cycle surveys etc. providing a detailed assessment of the property’s overall condition, including structural integrity, internal and external condition and potential defects and provide advice, recommendations and budget costs.
Fire Door Inspections
Fire Doors are designed to compartmentalise a fire and preventing it from spreading to other areas of the building. Fire Door inspections will check for damage, correct installation including signage, that the seal is in a good condition and effective and that they are in good working order. Fire Door inspections are typically performed annually dependent on the level of fire risk.
More frequent inspections may be necessary for hospitals, schools, and high-rise buildings.
