Inspections can be scheduled annually, bi-annually, or quarterly, depending on your needs. Each door is assessed against its intended specification (e.g. FD30, FD60), as outlined by the manufacturer or installer.
Please note: The Responsible Person must provide documentation relating to each door’s certification and specification. Crown does not assess whether a fire door is appropriate or suitable for its specific location — this remains the responsibility of a qualified Fire Risk Assessor.
